Train the Trainer is designed for trainers, consultants, adult educators, and contract workers who want an opportunity to build confidence and skills in designing and leading dynamic, interactive training sessions.

What will you learn?

In this three-day interactive workshop, you will learn about how adults learn, the elements of effective program design, the importance of creating a learning climate, effective delivery skills and much, much more. There may be some preparation required (2-3 hours) outside the classroom delivery time. Topics include:

• the principles of adult learning
• creating a learning climate
• learning styles
• program design
• facilitation
• dealing with difficult situations
• delivery skills
• effective feedback

Schedule & Fee

Fee includes HST, a binder with all materials and a light snack served each morning.
