The Non-Profit Sector Leadership Program provides a wide range of learning opportunities for executive directors, managers, board members and others involved with voluntary sector organizations. We offer regularly scheduled courses, customized workshops, and advisory services as well as a keen interest in adding to our mix of learning opportunities through conferences, institutes, and on-line discussion groups.

Our core courses are focused on improving non-profit sector leadership and governance. They typically involve both a classroom and on-line components. Classroom sessions are offered on-campus or in external community sessions. Through continued interaction with local voluntary organizations, other post-secondary institutions and researchers nationally and internationally, we are able to assist organizations in improving their practices and also incorporate first-hand knowledge of what ideas and concepts are working in the "real world" back into our program.
