If you are requesting a transcript for courses taken in the Police Leadership Program, please send Sherry Carmont, Program Manager, an e-mail using this form. Please note that there is a $25 fee for the printing and mailing of transcripts. You can mail a cheque made out to Dalhousie University College of Continuing Education, or call Sherry with your credit card number at 902-494-6930. Transcripts can only be sent upon payment.
